In inspection applications, feature recognition helps build up a feature database.
Once the feature information is obtained, the inspection application module can group features and generate inspection setup. Since FR can output feature cross-section information, the inspection probe path can be generated for these features after accounting for the tolerance requirement of these cross-sections. |
